Cleveland Duo & James Umble to perform in Miami this Sunday

This weekend, Cleveland Orchestra members Carolyn Warner, piano, and Stephen Warner, violin, will perform in Miami as part of Sunday Afternoons of Music’s concert series at the University of Miami’s Gusman Concert Hall.

The Cleveland Duo & James Umble, classical saxophonist, will perform on Sunday, January 10, at 4:00 p.m. The program includes works by Bach, Bloch, Adams, Piazzolla and after intermission Morgan, Ravel, Milhaud and Marc Eychenne.

The Cleveland Duo & James Umble have performed together since 1980, and have appeared throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico in major chamber music venues, festivals, universities, conservatories of music, temples, and in special presentations for school children.

They perform an eclectic mix of chamber music in a variety of styles, ranging from classical to folk, ethnic, avant garde, and jazz.
